That comprehensive business aviation industry experience underpins Lizann's ability to serve high net worth individuals and businesses seeking a seamless travel solution, delivered transparently, with extraordinary attention to detail.

As President and CEO, Lizann serves clients as a singular point of contact and oversees all operations to ensure every aspect of their experience is executed with precision and discretion. Under Lizann's leadership, PRISM has achieved remarkable, but measured growth, while maintaining its boutique approach to client care. Lizann's philanthropic nature is exhibited in her 15 years of dedication to philanthropic causes, particularly supporting children and the elderly, both in her birth country, Trinidad, and her adopted home, the United States.

Matthew Winer

Co-Founder & Director

Matthew Winer has spent 21 years dedicated to acquiring and refining the skills necessary to charter, acquire, operate, and financially manage private jets. PRISM Aviation is the fulfilling result of this quest. Co-founded with Lizann James, PRISM is the only independent boutique aircraft management, charter, and acquisitions firm that controls the full vertical of services on behalf of, and directly for our clients.

Matthew grew up in the Boston suburbs and graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Sociology. Matthew holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School, with a focus in Commercial Law.

After a couple of years working as a jet charter broker, Matthew founded Prudential Aviation in 2006 to focus on delivering charter clients seamless travel experiences. Prudential began purchasing and managing aircraft in 2007 and Matthew's skill set expanded to aircraft transactions, full scale aviation and charter operations.

In 2010, Matthew brought Prudential Aviation together with Executive Air Services (EAS), a 20-year-old Part 135 aircraft charter operator. From 2010 until 2012 EAS grew its fleet from 3 to 14 aircraft, was recertified as an ARG/US Platinum Safety operator and added Wyvern Wingman IS-BAO Stage 1&2 designations.

Matthew founded Jet Management Associates (JMA) in 2011, an acquisitions, consulting, and litigation support/expert witness firm. JMA consulted for aircraft charter companies, Fixed Based Operations, Wealth Management firms, hedge funds, and private equity firms. In 2014, JMA returned to aircraft asset and financial management and quickly grew the business back to upwards of a dozen aircraft.

In 2021, Lizann James and Matthew—longtime colleagues, founded PRISM Aviation, to capitalize on their shared values and collective experience. Almost six years into the endeavor, PRISM calls itself proxy to aircraft owners around the United States, Caribbean, and South America.

Matthew has been cited in Business and Commercial Aviation, Aviation International News, Aviation Week, Avinode, Business Jet Traveler, Business Air, Corporate Jet Investor, FlyCorporate, South Florida Business Journal, Wings Magazine, and Executive and VIP Aviation International. Matthew has spoken at Corporate Aviation Seminars.
